About me
Hi! I’m Tess, the artist behind The Minimalist Ceramist. I started my pottery journey in 2021 when I needed a creative outlet after spending two years navigating the pandemic with two young children and immediately fell in love. As soon as I could I became a member of my local studio, and have since created my own home studio which I spend as much time working in as motherhood will allow. My work is inspired by my own ambition to fill my home with simple but beautiful items that bring joy to myself and my family. I feel like the energy of a handmade item can’t be replicated in mass production and I hope you too can feel the love I’ve put into each piece.
